spring surprises.

"For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities-his eternal power and divine nature-have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse" (Romans 1:20)

it is our first spring in our new {forever} home. and after the dreary winter we had here in texas, we could not be more excited to see new life begin to bloom. a few weeks ago all of the beautiful pear trees began to bud + bloom with their beautiful white blooms and then BAM. ice hit. killed all of the blooms - turned them an ugly brown and we didn't get to enjoy their magnificent beauty this year. BUT..... it's all good now.
