Meal Plans on Monday

Are you stuck in a meal planning rut? I read a quote recently that says if you fail to plan, you're planning to fail - so let's make a plan together! Maybe you'd do the same and leave a link in the comments so that we can all get inspired by your meal plans too? I have three littles, so it can get a little bit complicated, but I also get huge joy out of cooking a homemade and semi-healthy dinner for my family. So the efforts will start here.
Monday // 
{L} Sandwiches + Kettle Chips
{D} BBQ Chicken Tacos with Leftover Roasted Chicken Breast + Chips / Salsa

Tuesday // 
{L} Salad for me, Leftover sandwiches for kiddos in Lunch Boxes
{D} Beer Braised Pork Shoulder from A Pleasant Little Kitchen + Savory Polenta

Wednesday //
{B} Cinnamon Roll Ups {See this post for description!}
{D} Pork Shoulder Carnitas {leftovers from Tuesday} + Sweet Potato Fries and Siracha Coleslaw

Thursday // 

{B} Sausage + Cream Cheese Roll Ups + Bacon / Eggs
{L} Salad for Me + Sandwiches for Kiddos
{D}Homemade Fish Sticks + Proscuitto, Goat Cheese + Crusty Bread and Chopped Salad

Friday // 

{B} Blueberry Muffins + Fresh Fruit
{L} Fish Stick Salad {Woot!}
{D} Grilled Chicken, Asparagus and Bruschetta

*** if breakfast isn't listed, it is not because we won't be eating breakfast that day - so please don't call CPS. It's because we will just be pulling out something from our rotation of pop tarts, yogurt + granola, cereal or waffles. How do you like that for "clean"?
